To do this, we will begin by defining meditation and will then explore various styles and techniques. Along with this you’ll learn guidelines for developing meditation skills, begin compiling a list of useful guided meditations and other resources and have the opportunity to take part in meditative exercises to help you determine which will be your best fit.
