Cycle of Mindfulness

A map is only useful to help you get where you are going if you first know where you are. A plan of action is only helpful in making progress if you can follow it, stick to it, and see it through to its completion, while adjusting it as necessary along the way to account for circumstances that arise. In this course, we will discuss the conscious use of the Cycle of Mindfulness as a way of evaluating where we are on our paths at any given moment.
