Elemental Transformation Day-long Retreat

Energy  work is a term shrouded in mystery. Yet we live our lives amidst a  constant flow of energy; energy that flows within us, moves between us  and our environments, and moves between us and other people. Sometimes  these energy flows can become overwhelming. But that doesn’t mean we are  powerless to do anything about it.  Each and every one of us has the  ability to practice personal energy work, a skill that can put us in  control of the energies that we allow in and those we keep at bay.

Elemental Transformation is an all-day intensive retreat that will offer you

• The understanding of these energy flows and what they are.
• Techniques for recognizing these energy flows and understanding what they are telling you.
• Methods for mastering the flows of energy into and out of your body.
• Experiences with the traditional alchemical elements of Earth, Air,  Fire, and Water, both as a way of refining and enhancing your skills in  personal energy work, as well as a way of gaining a deeper understanding  of your interactions with others.

Join us for this journey into the exploration of personal energy work, and  come away feeling empowered to take conscious control of your own energetic flows in a way that adapts to whatever situation you find  yourself in.

Retreat Information

This retreat is suitable for people age 18 and up.

Please come prepared for a day that includes outdoor adventure and experience; we will be walking around outdoors, we will be getting down on the ground, we will be getting wet, we will be getting nature on us. Comfortable clothes and footwear suitable for light hiking are recommended.

Wilder Grove Retreats: The Wilder Grove is located on 10 acres of beautiful private land surrounding Liz* and Cael's home, and has walking trails, a sacred circle, an indoor swimming pool, and plenty of room to enjoy nature.  Because this event takes place on private property, the exact address and directions will be sent to confirmed guest who have completed the registration process.

Please bring with you:

• A bag lunch
• Snacks
• Water bottle
• Sunscreen
• Insect repellent
• Hat/head covering
• Camp chair/pillow/blanket
• Swim clothes
• Towel

Meals: There will be a lunch break included in the schedule, as well as snack breaks.  Please plan to bring your lunch in a bag or container that does not require the use of a refrigerator, as we will not be able to offer that accommodation.

We will provide some snacks, as well as coffee, tea, and water for your convenience.  If you require any specific foods for your snacks, please plan to bring them with you.
