About the Event

Each of us participates in many relationships, every day and throughout our lives:  Relationships with partners, with family, with co-workers and friends...even relationships with the world around us, and with the Divine. For these relationships to be healthy, they must be balanced, so that what we are getting out of them makes the time, effort, and energy that we are putting into them worth our while. In this day-long intensive retreat, we will explore the roots of motivation, so that we can better understand why we each do the things that we do and make the choices that we make.  We will discuss the roles that love, compatibility, and balance play in all of our relationships, and learn techniques to take conscious control of our actions and choices so that we can improve every relationship we are a part of. Participants in this intensive will learn about:

  • The Five Points of Relationship
  • The Cycle of Mindfulness
  • The roles of Compatibility, Balance, and Love
  • The secret to understanding the choices that we and others make

Join us for a day of deep exploration of relationships and all of their facets.
